In the first two months after launching our website (and at a notoriously difficult time of year to encourage house sales), we saw a 250% increase in monthly visits to our website, from 1598 to 5596. But it doesn’t stop there. Not only are more people visiting the site, they’re also browsing a lot more too with most visitors clicking through almost 8 pages per session, compared to just 1 before.

We’re showcasing better photography than ever before, and thanks to our full-screen gallery function, we’re really getting across just how great our properties are.
Additionally, it’s now easier than ever to book a viewing through the website, with almost 100 potential buyers and tenants using the site to do so in the last few months. With the ability to choose the most suitable time and date, the book a viewing process is now much smoother, ensuring we can fit in as many as possible each day.
Getting social
Not only is our website performing well, we’re also capturing more attention on Facebook, and have you seen our Instagram? With loads of new properties going up every day, we’re showing off 100% of them on our social channels. We don’t pick and choose what we advertise so you can keep up to date on everything hitting the market.
100s of potential buyers are finding your property through our social media channels every month, and are clicking through to the website to find out more. In January alone, over 1000 people visited the website from Facebook, with property pages being some of the highest visited.
