Estate agents that do a good job. They were polite, friendly and informative throughout the recent purchase of our new home. Sophie was especially helpful and even went as far as to contact the previous owners after purchase in regards to left items that were accidently left behind in a cupboard. 5 stars from us.

Simpson and West did a house sale for me and I was in a chain of 5 for buying a house . Even though the house I was buying wasn’t from simpson and west, (the chain of 4 was, ) and I have to say Jordan who was my point of contact was so helpful there wasn’t any thing Jordan wouldn’t do to help keep things moving along. Jordan worked really hard as he helped pushed all the sales along keeping me update. Even Through the covid 19 Jordan was still there to answer this mobile keeping me up to day letting me know if any letter or email had arrived from solicitors Jordan would always ring you back very nice to have that service into today's climate which then gave you trust and confidence In Simpson and west. If was to buy from Simpson again I would personally ask for Jordan as I know the job would get done professionally and with a sense of humor.

We recently completed the sale of a bungalow with SW. The first of 3 to actually do what they agreed to do. Very helpful staff, particularly Jordan who was our main contact. They actively pursued the sale, kept us up to date afterwards. Highly recommend them. Thank you.

Can I take this opportunity to say a big THANK YOU to Simpson West Corby for the way that you dealt with the selling/buying of our involved properties recently.

Your professional approach from the very first moment of contact to the conclusion was superb and it made this ‘stressful process’ so much easier.

Special mention to Sanjay who was superb, going up and beyond what I would perceive to be his normal role, acting as a superb communicator and doer when we felt the representing solicitor firm were not as decisive as they should/could have been.

Also mention to Sophie who did a great job for us, and very much appreciate again the up & beyond service, allowing us to get access to the new property in the ‘planning & plotting’ stage when asked upon??

Alix and his team have been super efficient with the sale of our house. I was told it would sell easily but didn’t expect it to be sold in 24 hours at full asking price! What more could you ask for as a seller. Outstanding effort from Sophie with our new property search, there every time I needed her night or day. That’s going the extra mile! Not forgetting Jordan who is supporting the sale and our buyers. Great team effort!!

My parents house sale fell through the day before completion after 4 months of trials and tribulations with the.potential buyer. This was the second time it had happened.

Jordan was in charge of the.sale, and as disappointed and frustrated as we all were, he had found a new buyer for the house, offering more money, within 24 hours.
