Spending time out on appointments ensures that no two days are the same. You will build relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords and tennants,in order to gain a thorough understanding of their requirements before joining them to view some of the many properties we have on our register.

When not on appointments it is imperative that our clients are kept constantly updated and you will be responsible for handling these conversations. Once a sale or let has been agreed you, with the appropriate support, will oversee and manage the process to completion, this will include dealing with solicitors, surveyors and financial services leading to the most rewarding part of the job - handing over the keys!

Highly competitive Basic Salary – Uncapped Commission - Career Progression

Are you an experienced property sales consultant looking for a new challenge? Or someone with a keen interest in property that would like to turn that interest into a career?  If the answer is yes, we have flexible opportunities available with full and part time positions that we can tailor to fit the right person.  

Relevant experience is advantageous but not a pre-requisite as we will provide full training, 

Ideally, we are looking for candidates from the property, hospitality and customer services sectors with a strong work ethic, resilience, a positive mind set and a willingness to learn with the desire to develop and succeed. The only requirement to be considered for this opportunity is a valid UK or EU driver’s licence and your own car.
