A lot can change in 30 years. Back in 1990, the world was a different place, not to mention the property industry. Average house prices were in the £50,000s and dark green décor was very ‘in’. Fast forward to 2020 and things couldn’t be much different.
From a business perspective, however, the biggest change has got to be in the way people are buying and selling properties. The average first-time buyer is now 33 years old with homeowners living in a phenomenal 7 different properties in their lifetime.
